Chuck Bilodeau

Direct of Business Development - O & S Associates Engineers and Architects

Over the last forty years, Chuck has worked with contractors, engineers, and material manufacturers specializing in restoration and waterproofing. As part of the A/E community working directly with restoration materials and in hands-on and administrative oversight roles, Chuck has a deep understanding of the practicalities and economics of Parking Structures. He applies his vast cumulative knowledge to assist clients with practical and economically viable solutions.

 He currently leads the business development efforts for O&S Engineers & Architects, a full service, multi-disciplinary architectural and engineering firm, and industry leader specializing in the planning, design, and restoration of parking structures and other consulting services.

Chuck formerly served on the NYSPA Board of Directors from 2004 – 2007. During that time, he was an active member, chaired and served on various committees, and was very instrumental in the planning of their Annual Fall Conference.← Board of Directors
