Doug Grotke joined the University of Rochester in 2006 and has held the positions of Field Supervisor, Field Manager and currently is the Project Manager for the Department of Transportation & Parking Management. Doug is responsible for all of the departments technology and infrastructure. A self-proclaimed tech geek, Doug believes the answer is in technology and strives to solve his department’s problems by way of tech.
When not in the office, Doug spends his free time as is a father of two, owns Rochester Aerial Photography where he uses drones for a variety of aerial imagery solutions, and is a volunteer fire fighter with the Hilton Fire Department.
A board member representing (large) Hospital, Medical Center, Research facility along with University operations is a niche that is a huge help to NYSPTA members.
