Mark grew up in northern New Jersey and graduated from Millburn High School. Mark attended University of Hartford where he received a Bachelor of Science in both Finance and Marketing. Mark has worked in technology sales for his entire career in both South Florida and the Philadelphia region. Mark has been in the parking industry for 13 years. He has a thorough knowledge of various topics that effect our industry including permits/enforcement, PARCS, parking guidance, mobile payments, pay stations, analytics, data integration, and managing government and university procurement processes.
Mark became a member of NYSPTA in 2017 and was a board member from 2019-2021. In addition to NYSPTA, Mark is also a member of IPMI and is active on two IPMI committees: Conference Program Committee and Awards Committee. Mark has also achieved his CAPP certification. Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and 13 year-old son. His interests include throwing football with his son, tennis, skiing, woodworking, and reading.
